Renters must be between 21 and 72 years of age.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
No. Consecutive bookings are allowed if availability permits.
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Minimum: 1 day
Maximum: 21 days
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We offer the following discounts based on rental duration:
5% off – 3 days
10% off – 7 days
15% off – 15 days
20% off – 30 days
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a $250 refundable deposit is required.
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
All taxes and fees are included in the rental fee unless otherwise noted.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Rentals include 200 miles per day.
What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
Additional mileage is charged at $0.75 per mile.
What are your standard business hours?
We are open Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-up: Anytime after 9:00 AM
Return: By 5:00 PM
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes, in special situations with prior approval.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?
Delivery is available for an additional $35 fee to:

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
No fixed schedule, but 24-hour notice is required for all custom deliveries.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel
Late Fee: $25 per day
Retrieval Fee: $100
Do you offer additional equipment or services?
No, not at this time.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
An additional driver may be added for $25, provided they meet eligibility requirements.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
🚭 No smoking allowed (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.).
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning/detailing fee.
Are pets allowed in the vehicles?
🐶 While we love animals, pets are not allowed in rentals. A $150 fee applies if pet hair or damage is found.
Are there any fees associated with tolls or EZ Pass usage?
Yes. Renters are responsible for:
All tolls, parking violations, and tickets incurred during the rental period
Tolls billed via the UNI Pass Device (in some vehicles)
Invoices may arrive later; please review and pay promptly.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
We provide each vehicle in perfectly clean condition. Please return it the same way. Cleaning fees apply as follows:
Moderate Cleaning – $50 (mud, sand, light odors, small spills)
Heavy Cleaning – $100 (moderate stains, strong odors, bug debris)
Severe Cleaning – $150 (steam cleaning or full detailing required)
Pet Hair Removal – $150
Beach Sand/Sunscreen – $250 (detailing required)
Extremely Dirty – $200
Filthy Condition – $300+
Multiple Issues – $250
👉 Please note: If you take the vehicle to the beach, clean it thoroughly before returning. Sand and sunscreen residue will require a full detail and a $250 fee will be charged.
